Like thousands of other people £15 had been taken out of my account for 3 months before I'd noticed. This was because my wife purchased an item of clothing on JD Williams website and she does not remember signing up for any voucher! Rang the bank, they put a block on future payment, then rang esave on 0800 398 6960 and they immediately removed us from their records and reimbursed the 3 payments of £15. Suggest others do the same and contact... Read more

Well -I confess I should have noticed earlier than this week, but £10 per month is not a large amount. However when I tracked it back -it is a huge amount going back to July 2014! In my defence -my husband died recently and I am only just getting to grips with the finances. I called my bank, then called complete savings, and explained my perspective. I think my hubby may have booked tickets with the Trainline or Ryanair -and inadvertently agreed... Read more

After completing a purchase on the Hermes website, the next screen offered me up to £15 off my next Hermes delivery charges. It was not clear to me at all that I would be debited £15 a month for the privilege. I am certain that if the information was on the screen, or subsequent screens it was purposely placed so that it would not be noticed.I had no information at all telling me this was going to happen. Thee company should be avoided for lack... Read more

I just noticed that the above scam happened to me after I booked my airline ticket from expedia.com (US site) Got deducted £15.00 without any advice or agreement from me. I will have to clear this matter with AMEX in order to get a refund and make sure it is stopped in the future, To all, be extremely CAREFUL and use the best anti spam software available. Good luck. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =... Read more

Since April 2016 I have noticed £15 a month coming out of my current account to complete scam, sorry COMPLETESAVE, and have no clue as to what it is for, or how it has commenced. I have had NO EMAILS, (spam or otherwise) and nothing in the post to support these payments. How do I get them stopped and prevent it from happening again.? Could this have been set up via Facebook or something.? They obviously have mu debit card details, as there is... Read more

I have just received my credit card statement and found a £15 payment to completesave on it. Much the same as all the other people on this site I have no recollection of signing up to any discount scheme as I know I would never use the vouchers as they would more than likely be for something I don't want! I have never received anything from this company by way of emails, and I have checked everywhere, vouchers or otherwise. I have no idea how... Read more

And here we go again! 28/7/16 I DIDN'T tick the box, but was booking via the genuine British Rail tickets booking site!! Entered appropriate details for trains I wanted to use, proceeded towards payment.......there was the same 'tick box' 'save £20 off your next purchase'! This is appalling that this scam is still going on and British Rail services are 'in on this'! Going to try 'Rip off Britain' etc. I had emailed BBC Watchdog but... Read more

I was checking my account a few days ago & found that £15 had been going out of my account for the past three months. Yet I have never even heard of CompleteSavings. I would never have agreed to such an amount as I know I would not be able to afford it. It's been going out like a direct debit on the 28th of each month. As it's not a direct debit I don't even understand how they are doing this. I have reported them to my bank, but as yet have not... Read more

I bought a train ticket through 'thetrainline.com' which had an offer of 20 pounds back if I signed up to a company called Quidco (which my boss recommended I use). I signed up for Quidco, bought the train ticket, then I got an email that said I needed to send my train reservation information to get my 20GBP back. I did that, then 2 days later I noticed a company called 'Complete save' had taken 15GBP out of my account. I called the freephone... Read more
