My wife purchased some items on Debenhams web site. On completion of the purchase she was presented with an offer to save 10% on her next purchase, and assuming it was an offer restricted to and supported by Debenhams she accepted the offer.

This turns out to be a false representation & scam as Completesave have taken £15 out of her account for the last 3 months.

My wife has received no e -mails indicating that she has signed up as a member, has no membership no TOTAL SCAM. She will be taking this issue up with Completes save and if she gets no recompense will be approaching her bank to reclaim monies paid to completesave
