Since April 2016 I have noticed £15 a month coming out of my current account to complete scam, sorry COMPLETESAVE, and have no clue as to what it is for, or how it has commenced.

I have had NO EMAILS, (spam or otherwise) and nothing in the post to support these payments.

How do I get them stopped and prevent it from happening again.?

Could this have been set up via Facebook or something.? They obviously have mu debit card details, as there is no DDM or standing order set up.

I do not know how this payment has started, but some of the payment identifyers start with intl, so is it coming from overseas?

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Location: Stevenage, Hertford
