Fraud

I have just come back from holiday and not used my credit card for nearly two weeks, but on its own there is this £15 taken. I have never signed up to this, we rang the bank and was told this is happening a lot and could have come from me ordering on Moonpig so be carful what you order, the bank has now blocked this payment each month.

Identification of this company as a scam operation

I JUST SENT THIS EMAIL TO THE COMPANY. "I recently claimed back my money from your organisation.

You explained how I had unintentionally signed up for the programme. and ended up paying in almost £500. I got in touch with the fraud section at my bank who said this is a well-known scam and they had received many reports about your organisation. After some very odd emails and messing about I have got my money back from you, but of course, you have had use of these funds over a number of years.

We all have to make a living, and some have to make compromises. I am grateful that my life has never taken me as low as your selves who run this con. I am also grateful that no member of my extended family has fallen so low in their moral standing. It's shocking that British law seems to allow this kind of dodgy operation and the police say they can do nothing about it, but I have made it a little mission of mine to spread the word through social media about your con operation, and will continue to do so.

PS I notice your emails have disappeared from my email account. Not surprising really".

I also iniatiated a complaint about this scam 'company' some years ago. I believe this is fraudulent and should be against the law.

(I had written about this to several Consumer protection groups, e.g. 'Watchdog' and more......... but never seen/heard anything via any of these consumer protection 'watchdogs' highlighting this scam! I intend to try yet again...

Consumers need to be made more AWARE of this... and something needs to get enshrined into law (sadly, I have an inactive M.P.hence little point writing to him)!

Clicking on this offer took you through to the Complete Savings sign-up page, where it is clear that in order to claim the cashback on offer you must first become a member of the programme. As you mentioned, this has all been explained to you about how you joined our programme, and that this was a sign-up page that you manually entered your details into. Furthermore, we cannot delete emails in your own inbox.

Any email we've sent to your email address will always be managed by you. We hope that you have reached a satisfactory conclusion in terms of cancelling your membership and receiving a refund.

The process was deliberately unclear. The sign up to your scheme was hooked up in a covert way to purchasing a train ticket.

Myself and scores of others were duped by this as any internet search for your company shows.

I have to assume you know this as the complaints go back year's, yet you have not changed your practice. That speaks for itself.

Like so many (far too many) people, I have been stolen 15£ per month directly from my bank account. I never authorised this. It happened (after checking in detail) after a purchase in Halford in Banbury. It is a total of 780£ they debited from my account without my consent since January 2017.

Just went onto my online banking, and saw that £15.00 had been taken out of my account without my permission. I had never heard of this so-called company completesave so I googled them and have read the reviews about them, calling them scammers and so forth. The same thing has happened to so many people regarding this shambolic company and its scary. As its the weekend and they are not open til 8.00 Monday morning, I shall have to be patient and wait til then to phone them up and tell them exactly what I think of them, and to request a complete refund.

Taking money without my consent

Sent me a Debenhams credit card which I didnt want then charged me 15pounds a month i have payed out double on my 115 pounds amount in January cancel my card and got another demand for 15pounds for July

Noticed regular payments to them on my credit card. Never authorised.NEVER even looked at their website. I do NOT use discount schemes on line. Santander Bank helpful and raised the payments as fraud, so hopeful of getting the money back

I have this morning gone through my bank accounts to see that this company COMPLETESAVE has been taking £15 from my account for the last three years... since May 2018 without me knowing.

I literally feel sick as a pig for not having noticed them before. Apparently they have accessed my bank details whilst I was ordering products from funky pigeon website. I never knowingly signed up or entered my bank details for any subscription to their company and have never ever once used their services or products. I am Literally fuming they can get away with this.

I have emailed this morning asking for a FULL refund, I wait with bated breath. THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER £510 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS WHICH IS A RATHER CONSIDERABLY LARGE AMOUNT TO HAVE RECIVED ABSOLUTLY NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN RETURN OR BENIFITED FROM THE COMPANY (COMPLETE SAVE) IN ANY WAY. ONCE AGAIN, THIS WAS ALSO WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION.

I have also never received any emails to confirm any type of subscription? I will update my review accordingly if and when I receive my refund.

ALSO seen similar on Funky Pigeon website and was immediately reminded of these situations...although the banner looked a little different. So, here they go again.

Your bank details get 'piggy-backed' via the company you are buying products, tickets, etc.
